Please troubleshoot in the following order:
1.Check if the water hose is tangled or folded, causing a blockage of water or air (as shown in the illustration).
2.If the water cylinder can't draw water, it means there is no proper seal. Please redo Page 16 step 1~3, Page 18 step 6~7, 1~3, inspect if the sealing valve's burr are removed properly, and if there are any objects blocking the washer (Part P3) and the water outlet cap (Part E5).
Solution:
1.Check if the linkage teeth are in the correct position, Page 10 step 5 to Page 12 step 17. 2.Check if the three-layer teeth are in the correct position, Page 8 step 16 to Page 9 step 23. 3.Check if the handle's internal teeth bars are in the correct position, Page 5 step 4 to Page 7 step 12.
Solution: 1.Ensure that the gripper locking lever is released, Page 31. 2.Ensure Part C9 is placed correctly, Page 6 step 7.step 17.
Check if the tension springs (Part P8) are properly positioned.
Please re-do Page 19 step 5 and re-tighten the tapping screws (Part P1).
Solution: 1.Make sure there was oil applied on C10 & C11. (Page 8, step16 & step18) 2.Make sure there was oil applied on B19 (Page 5, step 2)
Solution: 1.Make sure there was oil applied on C2 & C4. (Page 9, step 22 & step 24) 2.Make sure there was oil applied on B15 (Page 6, step 9)
If the Blaster has been left unused for a period of time, there may be issues with the air intake. It is recommended to use a needle or a thumbtack to gently tap the air intake several times to ensure that the one-way valve is not stuck.
Please confirm whether the spring has been loosened during assembly or the C7 part has not been installed.
Please confirm whether your P7 spring has been loosened when assembling B8, A3, and A9.
