In early March 2025, volunteers from Pro’sKit and Yao Dong Travel Agency stepped into Pinglin Experimental Junior High School in New Taipei City, marking the first phase of the "Hope Project." Rather than simply donating, they chose to roll up their sleeves. From reorganizing the STEAM classroom and optimizing the space layout to collaborating with teachers on curriculum design and future equipment needs, this process mirrored how the company supports employees in planning their career growth—hands-on, grounded, and deeply engaged.
On April 12, the newly refurbished STEAM Innovation Classroom was officially inaugurated. Pro’sKit ambassador Chanel Wang led the students in their very first science class. That day, the children didn’t just sit and listen—they built their own scientific toys, learning fundamental scientific principles through play. Each student became a young "maker," with Chanel Wang guiding them as their first "science mentor."
Pro’sKit Chairman Mr. Chang Chun-Ying emphasized that the STEAM Innovation Classroom was not something "given" to the school, but something "built together" with it. Over the next three years, the company will continue working closely with teachers to co-develop course content and practical applications, ensuring that every piece of equipment and every lesson genuinely contributes to the students' growth—just as Pro’sKit has always cared for its employees and their families.
Pro’sKit has long prioritized the health and well-being of its staff, offering regular health check-ups, promoting wellness clubs like yoga and running, and even making small but thoughtful touches, such as providing warm tap water during winter. The company’s Family Day invites employees' families to join in activities each year, while the "Pro’sKit Love" scholarship program supports employees' children's education—extending care from individuals to entire families, and embedding it as part of the corporate culture.
The launch of the "Hope Project" is a natural extension of this philosophy. From supporting an individual employee to caring for a family, from uplifting a single school to empowering groups of underprivileged children, Pro’sKit’s approach to education is not a one-off initiative, but a sustained companionship. For three years, the company will stand by the children and teachers, building a brighter future together.
For Pro’sKit, ESG is not just a slogan—it’s a way of being present. Walking alongside employees so they can go further, and helping rural children see beyond their horizons. This is how Pro’sKit defines sustainability in its 35th anniversary year, echoing the spirit of its public initiative: "Ride of Miracles, Soaring with Love."
