To celebrate its 35th anniversary, Pro’sKit hosted a unique Family Day event on April 12. Employees and their families gathered at Pinglin Experimental Junior High School in New Taipei City, joining local students for a full day of meaningful and interactive activities. From team competitions to outdoor cooking experiences, every moment underscored a simple truth: the care shown to employees can naturally extend to a broader care for society.
In the morning, Pro’sKit organized a “Culinary Class Wars” mixing employees’ families and local students into teams. Using local ingredients, participants of all ages and backgrounds collaborated to cook meals, engaging their minds, hands, and hearts. In the afternoon, they competed in “Field Games,” where children and adults worked side by side for glory. Laughter and cheers echoed through the valley, creating the warmest celebration of Pro’sKit’s 35-year journey.
At the same time, Pro’sKit Shanghai branch held a parallel Family Day event, allowing employees across regions to resonate with the brand’s core value of "caring for family." Despite being in different cities, the shared culture reinforced Pro’sKit’s belief that family extends beyond the home — it’s found in connections with colleagues, communities, and the next generation.
Pro’sKit has long embedded ESG principles into its operations. The company provides regular health check-ups for employees, encourages a culture of fitness through yoga, running, and core training clubs, and even offers warm tap water in winter as a thoughtful touch. It also awards the “Pro’sKit Love” scholarship to support employees’ children’s education and promotes sustainability with creative eco-planting competitions, integrating green practices into everyday life.
This spirit of love and care took flight even further with Pro’sKit’s 35th anniversary, reaching from the workplace into schools. Through a three-year "Hope Project," Pro’sKit is upgrading the STEAM classroom at Pinglin Experimental Junior High School, nurturing young makers just as it has supported its employees and their families over the years — demonstrating commitment through action.
For 35 years, Pro’sKit has never treated care as an extra benefit; it has been the core of the company’s culture. Chairman Mr. Chang Chun-Ying remarked, "We believe that employee happiness doesn’t end at work — it extends to the shared companionship of family. Education is no different; children need consistent, ongoing support to grow."
From caring for one person to supporting entire communities, Pro’sKit defines sustainability on its 35th anniversary with its public initiative slogan: "Ride of Miracles, Soaring with Love."
